Prenatal & Postnatal Pilates

Pilates is one of the most recommended forms of exercise during the prenatal and postnatal periods, helping maintain mobility, support muscle strength, and improve overall body balance. The workouts are adapted to each stage and help reduce back tension, improve posture, and prepare the body for pregnancy, childbirth, and recovery. Through controlled and carefully guided movements, Pilates supports the body in a safe and effective way during this important period.

Pilates Mix Group

Mix workouts combine two types of Pilates training within the same membership, offering the possibility to alternate sessions on equipment with mat-based classes. This way, you benefit from the advantages of both training methods and enjoy a more varied and complete experience. This combination contributes to the development of strength, mobility, posture, and movement control, providing balanced progress and a deeper understanding of the Pilates method. Sessions take place in small groups of 2 / 3 / 4 / 6 people, ensuring a more guided and effective experience.

Specialized equipment

Mat Pilates | Group

Pilates Mat workouts are designed for those who want to deepen their control, stability, and movement technique. Sessions take place on a mat and include the use of accessories such as balls, resistance bands, and Pilates rings to activate deep muscles and improve mobility and posture. The workouts are held in groups of 8–10 people and are suitable both for those with prior Pilates experience and for those looking for an effective and balanced workout.

Pilates is a system that helps alleviate back pain, correct spinal posture, and improve conditions such as hernia, protrusion, or scoliosis. Pilates also develops flexibility, control, and proper body alignment. It improves posture, balance, and coordination while strengthening deep and stabilizing muscles. It is a workout based on principles such as breathing, control, centering, and fluidity of movement to create a harmonious and healthy body.

Pilates mat workouts are done on the floor with small, auxiliary equipment. During mat training, the focus is primarily on the floor, requiring more control and coordination. On the other hand, large equipment provides support and allows you to work more deeply, helping you achieve results faster.

Pilates during pregnancy is highly recommended as it keeps the muscles toned, prevents hernia, reduces pressure on the organs, prepares the body for childbirth, and allows for quick recovery after delivery.

Pilates is highly recommended if you have a hernia. In the case of a hernia, we recommend only individual sessions. People with a hernia need a personalized program and full supervision from the trainer. In group workouts, there is a risk of straining the spine, and the affected area may suffer.

Our team has launched online workouts specifically for people who don’t have the time or ability to travel to our studios, or who may not have studios with qualified trainers nearby. Online Pilates within our studios is just as beneficial as traditional Pilates, thanks to the experience and professionalism of our trainers. The sessions are conducted in small groups, and all clients are required to have their video camera on so the trainer can monitor each participant.
