Bonne Forme is a team that works to promote Pilates on a professional level and that contributes daily to the rehabilitation of people with health problems and the improvement of their quality of life.
In order to respond to the problems of modern society regarding the quality of life and the maintenance of long-term health, Bonne Forme professionals accompany a considerable number of people every day.
The biography of Bonne Forme Studios debuts in 2004, when the founder of the studios, Adela Gavrilenco, launches in the field of health with a fitness studio, which served daily several dozen people.
Due to her dedication and direct involvement, Adela Gavrilenco pursues only one objective – to promote a healthy way of life. After a few stages, which involved changing the concept, the location and reassessing the team, Adela paid her attention to a perfectly new system for Moldova, but which already aroused interest both among the international stars and of the people with rehabilitation needs.
In 2014, Adela joined the international Pilates University, created by Joseph Pilates’ student Lolita Saint Miguel. Two years later, the studio’s activity was converted into exclusive Pilates. At that moment the studio has a small team of coaches, who are trained according to European norms.
